• NOTE: Due to extensive works at the Entry to the Rock Pool, access to this area may be affected. This can result in not being able to visit the rock pools, a look out will be visited instead.
• All booking will have an additional club levy / park entry fee, (approximately $35/person) to be paid on the day. This fee is not included in the tour price. • All Gift Vouchers have a 12 Month expiry from purchase date. (Extended expiry or return vouchers may only be used to join an existing tour. They may not be used to create a new tour)
• Only one voucher may be used per person per tour.
• Closed in Shoes and Sleeves over the shoulders must be worn.
• All guests must hold a valid Drivers Licence (Learners License now accepted) |

• Noosa Quad Bike Tours, staff and agents accept no liability |

• Tours must be paid in full at time of booking |

• If you cancel a tour, no refund will be given |

• All guests will be required to sign a disclaimer |

• Discount voucher holders will only be picked up from Cooran |

• We could cancel if more than 25mm of rain is experienced in the 24 hours prior to the tour. We do however still conduct tours in lower rain falls |

• You can not go on a tour if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol (no refund if you are) |
|
• You agree you have no medical condition that will affect your handling and riding of a quad bike and that you are not pregnant |

• If any of our riding rules or instructions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the tour without a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, no overtaking, keep to the left side of the road, no sharp turns or skidding, obey our guides instructions at all times |

• No smoking is allowed whilst riding the quad bikes or during training |
|
• You will be given “A Grade” training and be required to pass an induction test and demonstrate your ability to ride a quad bike to our approval. If you are unable to ride the quad bike to the required standard, you will NOT be allowed to ride on the tour, however you will be taken as a passenger in our ATV. You will not receive a refund if this occurs. This is for your own safety and for the safety of the other riders. Please be understanding |
